RADIX TRANSITION TO TRS FINAL REMINDER NOTICE PLEASE READ

This is a final reminder that the transition of the following Radix TLDs to Tucows Registry Services (TRS) is scheduled to start on 17 March 2026 at 00:00 UTC:

All transactions in the affected TLDs will be available exclusively on the Tucows Registry Services platform
Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition for all Radix TLD accredited registrars. To support this, we encourage you to complete the onboarding process with Tucows Registry Services (TRS) at your earliest convenience.
If your organization is already accredited with TRS, you may use the same certificate and password that are currently being used for connecting to the Tucows Registry Services production servers (i.e. you may use the passwords and certificates used to connect to epp.tucowsregistry.netand credentials used to connect to console.tucowsregistry.net ).
Registrars new to TRS should have received an email from us with login credentials and onboarding instructions. If you have not received this email or require assistance, please contact our support team immediately.
What to expect during the transition window
During the transition window (March 17, 2026, 00:00–~10:00 UTC), the following will occur:
At the current Registry Service Provider, all transformational commands, including create, renew, transfer, update, delete are not permitted, informational queries are still allowed.
The Tucows Registry Services production platform for Radix will be offline.
DNS services will remain fully operational.
Registration Data Directory Services (RDDS) will remain available.
EPP check and info commands remain available at the current Registry Service Provider.
The Tucows Registry Services OT&E platform for Radix will remain available.
Registrars will receive email notifications at the start and end of the transition window.
Real-time status updates will be posted to the TRS status page throughout the transition.

You will receive email notifications when the transition window begins and when it is complete. After the transition, the Tucows Registry Services platform will serve as the only registry platform for processing transactions in the affected TLDs

Domain authcodes will not carry over from the current Registry Service Provider. New authcodes will be issued for all domains through Tucows Registry Services.
Dual EPP Fee Extension Support. Both fee-0.7 and fee-1.0 extensions are now fully supported with no plans to deprecate fee-0.7. Visit this article for more information.
Prepaid accounts with current Radix Registry Service Provider will be configured as prepaid at Tucows Registry Services.
Prepaid registrars must fund their accounts prior transition. Visit the knowledge base article for detailed information.
Any refund resulting from the deletion of a domain name that was in a grace period at the time of the March 17 transition, including, but not limited to, the Add Grace Period (AGP) or Renewal Grace Period (RGP), will be credited to your registrar account at the current Registry Service Provider (RSP), not at Tucows Registry Services, as the original fee was collected prior to the transition.
