Dear Registrar Partner

 

We are writing to inform you about the changes to billing and collection following the upcoming transition of Radix TLDs to the Tucows Registry Services due to take place on 17 March 2026.

 

Your invoicing will follow the same process for Radix TLDs as for the other TLDs using Tucows global wallet, but instead of the Radix TLDs being incorporated into the Tucows invoice you will receive each month: Two Invoices - one from Radix and one from Tucows.

 

You will be able to pay by bank wire Transfer or use Stripe credit card facilities to settle both invoices.  Radix invoice will show a bank account for wire transfers to Radix for settlement of their invoices. 

 

Any credit with CentralNic will not be transferred to Radix.  If you are a pre-pay registrar, you are invited to prepare with advance payment to Radix as follows:

NOTE:

It will not be possible to pay Tucows at Harris Bank for settlement of both invoices. Registrars shall be mindful of maintaining each invoice separately.
