Onboarding Instructions

Dear Registrar Partner,

 

As part of the upcoming migration of Radix TLDs to Tucows Registry Services (TRS), we would like to remind you that the production migration is scheduled for 17th March 2026. 

 

Our records indicate that your organization has not yet accessed the OT&E environment for testing. To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any potential disruption to your operations post-migration, we strongly recommend that you log in to the OT&E environment and test your EPP connection and related integrations at the earliest.

 

This applies to all registrars — including those already integrated with the Tucows platform. Even if you are currently using Tucows Registry Services for other TLDs, we kindly request that you perform testing specifically for the transitioning Radix TLDs to confirm your configuration and connectivity.
